    Job description:

    • Explore new business opportunities in new energy industry such as vehicles, electronic devices and batteries.
    • Conduct market research, data collection and feasibility analysis, risk management, and due diligence of investment projects.
    • Formulate the investment structure and portfolio of the projects.
    • Prepare investment reports and project execution plans, from acquisition to disposal strategies.
    • Participate in various business meetings and negotiations related to the projects.
    • Process investment-related agreements and contracts.
    • Manage and monitor the progress of the investment projects and prepare updated reports regularly.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in management, or relevant disciplines.
    • 10+ years of work experience, preferred in both HK and China markets.
    • Knowledgeable in new energy industry will be an advantage.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to manage multiple projects in all stages.
