- Establish and implement departmental quality assurance strategies and service standards to continuously improve the quality of Private Banking services.
- Coordinate and plan orientation, onboarding service training, and license accreditations to foster front-line engagement and cultivate a culture of quality service in compliance with HKMA standards.
- Monitor the service quality within the department, analyze customer feedback for management review, and identify actionable measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute process improvement projects, aiming to improve departmental service efficiency.
