- Responsible for purchase order release, price negotiation, supplier delivery and supplier quality follow up;
- Monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery;
- Liaise with customers and vendors;
- Assist superior in Supply Chain Management related works and documents.
- Support monitoring the performance of existing vendors, develop new suppliers, product mix and improve supply chain;
- Support for liaising with suppliers on product sourcing, price, terms and conditions negotiation.
- Perform business trips to mainland China (深圳、東莞、広州area)
- Ad hoc dutiesNecessary Skill / Experience
- Diploma or above in any discipline; University Graduates preferable
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Japanese (N2 or above)
- Good Mathematics skill is a plus (
