- Assist in performing quantitative analysis to discover new business opportunities, enhance profitability and marketing efficiency, and pinpoint the root cause of business issues. Utilize data mining and statistics (e.g., retention models, customer segmentation models, predictive forecast).
- Create reports based on analysis findings and deliver strategic actionable insights to business managers.
- Generate and maintain various performance dashboards using Tableau.
- Develop quantitative models to enhance data management.
- Act as the focal point and handle division/team administration and coordination.
- Hold a degree in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Management, or related fields.
- Possess work experience in business intelligence analytics/database marketing in the banking/financial sector (fresh graduates will also be considered).
- Proficient in business intelligence applications and database software such as SAS, Python, and Excel.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
