    Responsibilities:

    • Perform all-around administrative duties to the operation team
    • Support and coordinate the daily operations
    • Handle general enquiries from internal staff and external customers
    • Provide clerical support such as documents filing and data entry
    • Prepare the service and inspection report
    • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Higher Diploma and above
    • Fresh Graduates are welcomed
    • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
    • Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
    • Good customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Proficiency in MS office applications
    • Outdoor work is required
