- Monitor and track student performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate cross-curricular activities and projects related to marine sciences, promoting interdisciplinary learning.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in biology and marine sciences, incorporating relevant findings into teaching materials and approaches.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Marine Biology, or a related field. (PGCE strongly desirable)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the GCSE and A-Level Biology curriculum.
- Passion for marine sciences and a deep understanding of marine ecosystems, biodiversity, conservation, and related areas.
- Previous experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Biology is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons, incorporating a range of teaching strategies and resources.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and educational software to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
