Work with each local market & the regional Global Benefits team to execute and manage:a product strategy which reflects an understanding of consumer and market needs within each country; coordinates the end-to-end development and ongoing delivery of a relevant and ‘fit-for-purpose’ Voluntary Benefits product implementation and regular running of a product management / review forum to ensure the ongoing delivery of a unique and competitive suite of VB products, aligned to client & consumer need, remains in place.Assist with insurer liaison activity to support the delivery of Aon’s carrier / market strategy, including the ongoing monitoring & periodic insurer performance review, to ensure Aon’s VB product strategy is achieved coupled with optimising Aon’s commercial return.
Support the collection & use client feedback, relevant consumer insights and knowledge of e-commerce / UX best practices & trends into the development and ongoing enhancement of Aon’s Voluntary Benefits proposition and digital user interface.
Play a key part in the strategic thinking of Aon’s Voluntary Benefits marketing strategy across Asia; with the development of end-to-end, digital, VB marketing capability for B2B2C distribution to:deliver appropriate solutions that enables digital marketing to large groups of consumers through various digital media and platforms;run analytics across data to identify segment and target campaign opportunities;provide innovative ways of engaging consumers in understanding insurance risks and insurance needs; andoptimise sales effectiveness and conversion rates.
Collaborate with regional VB distribution team and local market AMs to support the delivery of a distinct value proposition to assist client promotion and drive take up.
Apply relevant programme experience and insights to support the exploration of new market expansion opportunity aligned to Aon’s growth ambition.
Minimum four years’ experience in developing and executing strategic distribution and / or digital marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in developing & launching consumer insurance products within Asia.
Understanding of insurance markets (group and individual) in Asia, including exposure to ‘insure-tech’ landscape and digital distribution & marketing best practices.
Experience in successfully coordinating the development of innovative market propositions with cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders.
Understanding of key success factors in the marketing and distribution of financial services products to consumers leveraging technology.
Proven track record of successful execution in innovative and / or strategic initiatives is preferred.
