Responsibilities

  • Daily operational functions for Hong Kong and High Net Worth businesses.
  • Prepare month-end journals.
  • Record the bank payment and receipt records in the administration system.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly outstanding payment reports.
  • Assist in the setup and implementation of new control procedures.
  • Assist in internal control enhancement.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and tasks as required.
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in accounting or a related discipline with qualification in professional accounting body.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in accounting field preferable with background in insurance industry.
  • Self-motivated, independent, a team-player with good business acumen and excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
