Creation and implementation of high-performing creative email and SMS/MMS marketing campaigns with continuous monitoring and reporting of the performance.
Utilize CRM database and other tools to ensure successful campaign management and data analytics.
Keep abreast of industry and consumer trends, advancements in technology, and new social media platforms and tools.
Generate CRM reports and working closely with local marketing teams on execution of loyalty program activities.
Explore and develop partnership program that can help to maximize business opportunity.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with post activities evaluation and data analysis.
Administrative support to the team, e.g. finance documents, courier arrangement, etc.
2+ years working experience in relevant industries e.g. fashion, beauty, consumer products, etc.
Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Management or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of the social media landscape with good understanding of CRM system, campaign management and data warehousing.
Experience in producing and scheduling social content for social media platforms.
Solid experience in database marketing, customer segmentation and analysis, preferably from in-house brand.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skill and numerical sense.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Able to handle multi-tasks and co-ordinate with a number of stakeholders on given tasks.
