The Performance Manager is responsible for building the Media Experience (Mx) for a portfolio of clients on a specific channel. S/He is the keeper of the Mx (Media Experience) plan structure, negotiation and delivery.
Job Description :
Help develop quarterly Performance plans for local and regional clients based on key business objectives.
Day-to-day execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Bings Ads, Yahoo, Baidu & regional marketplaces including Amazon, HKTV Mall, Shopee & Lazada.
Help develop and deliver SEO proposals with both on-page and off-page techniques.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing data-driven insights, regular reporting and strategic guidance on performance marketing.
Set targets, monitor KPIs, and measure multiple campaigns across many online channels.
Propose, execute and analyse testing plans to deliver efficient spend of marketing budget and improve ROAS
Propose & implement relevant tracking tools on clients websites to help develop robust analytics.
Help on New Business pitches working alongside senior management.
Manage a team of 2 executives and develop their skillset.
5 years+ of experience in the field of digital marketing responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
Experience proposing and managing large scale paid advertising budgets against business objectives and ROI targets
In-depth understanding and experience using various performance marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Yahoo, Bing, Baidu
Hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign manager, Google Data Studio.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Fluent in English & Cantonese
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working with and learning from people of different backgrounds and cultures
