Description:

Reporting to the Director Talent and Development, the Senior Officer, e-Learning will be instrumental in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of standards and practices for the Workday LMS (Learning Management System) - myTTM learning. The successful candidate will have significant experience performing the daily activities providing user support and content maintenance of the Learning Management System. Key responsibilities include assisting users, maintaining system standards and data integrity by auditing, testing and supporting content updates, keeping the system up to date with eLearning content from internal and external sources, and scheduling courses. This position will also create and run reports around Talent Development Scorecard Goals (KPIs), partner with HR and business leaders to manage user permissions, and troubleshoot system and course issues. Job Responsibilities

Lead the digitalization of learning material so it fits the environment of Workday LMS (Learning Management System)

Provide support to establish the TTM global eLearning ecosystem

Provide governance, oversight, and general management of the LMS by communicating policies and standards

Coordinate with team and Subject Mater Experts to ensure modules are built accurately and in a timely manner into the LMS

Creates course design templates

Maintain data integrity for the LMS, such as course descriptions, course or class changes, training content, materials, user groups etc.

Provide user support; create user groups, assign user permissions, manual course assignments/adjustments, train users as needed on LMS

Perform quality assurance checks-and-balances; aid in testing features and courses and troubleshooting to ensure the best experience for users

Work closely with other departments developing training to provide expertise on design standards and best practices when developing and deploying online training

Lead resource for LMS Support email inbox

Coordinate and facilitate webinar activities

Create and maintains training reports/dashboards

Perform other functions/duties as assigned by management such as supporting Learning initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Coursework and/or certifications relating to learning management system administration preferred

Over 8 years related working experience in eLearning or training & development

Fluency in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
