This role will be under Service and Operations Department to provide support for handling business from consultancy, platform business and other distributors.
Responsibilities: Provide counter services by vetting documents face to face. Process new business submission including Know Your Client (KYC) compliance checks in accordance with regulatory requirements. Perform ongoing Customer Risk Assessment (CRA) for existing clients. Review client account activities on an ongoing basis. Update Operational Procedure Manual for related processes. Handle enquiries including new business follow-up and policy servicing from consultancy, platform business and other distributors. Communicate with business partners to resolve issues occurred during the business submission and post sales processes. Update reports for reviewing the service quantity and quality provided. Handle back-office duties, e.g. fund switching, filing, policy checking. Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements: University graduated with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in banking, insurance industry. Proactive with positive working attitude. Self-motivated, organized and a committed team player. A good team player and be able to work independently. Fast learner and be able to cope with rapid changes. Proficiency in PC skills and MS office applications. Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English, Mandarin is a plus.
