Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for full spectrum of campus recruitment (including graduate and internship), onboarding and leave management
•Involve in implementation and development of HRIS projects relating to automation and digitalization for Human Resources functions
•Administer and maintain recruitment and employee databases to ensure data accuracy
•Prepare various reports and data analysis for management review
•Keep abreast of latest recruitment channels and provide recommendations to cope with business needs
•Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required:
•Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
•Minimum 6 years of relevant working experiences in fast-paced environment
•Good communication skills, meticulous along with good analytical thinking
•Good problem-solving, organizational and supervisory skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
