Responsibilities


  • To take the lead in developing and implementing the sales strategies in order to achieve the business goals

  • Provide input and feedback to the product development and marketing teams regarding product needs, competitive product and pricing strategies, and marketing tactics

  • Build and draw suitable sourcing and merchandising strategies along with concrete business plans to ensure long term growth

  • To take a leadership role in targeting and communicating the brand’s positioning and consumer advantages to strategic key accounts to ensure successful placement of the product line

  • Review and enhance internal systems, processes and structure in order to achieve the best possible operational effectiveness

  • Manage sales team day-to-day handling of client enquiries, outstanding orders, and customer support

  • Lead team to identify and develop business opportunities with both existing and target new customers

  • Perform ad hoc assignments by management

  • Work together with production departments and external parties to ensure orders are met customer expectation.

  • Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities

  • Requirement
  • Form 5 or above

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Intimate manufacturing industry, of which 5 years at managerial level

  • Familiar with sales, merchandising and product development process of Intimate products.

  • Possess strong sales background and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Fluent spoken in English and Putonghua.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Energetic and outgoing

  • Frequent traveling to Zhongshan, China
