Our client is a well-known European based MNC company with a long established history in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion throughout the Hong Kong market, they are currently looking for a Communications Officer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit English & Chinese content, articles and presentation with the aim to explain the business activities and highlight the value of our services
  • Supports internal clients and projects to develop communication materials
  • Maintain and update corporate website and intranet to ensure consistency and accuracy in message and content
  • Proactively approach internal stakeholders and business units to collect information for updating materials and support the communications activity of HQ
  • Source and define right topics for internal communications
  • Plan and execute internal communication and employee engagement campaign


    • Main Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably in Communications, Multimedia, Design
  • 2-3 years of experience in internal, corporate and employee communication
  • Excellent English writing skills and proficiency in Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, graphic design, desktop publishing, video editing
  • Independent, creative, proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated with good planning, peoplea and project management skills
