Our client is a law firm with global presence, they are committed in the Greater China market and are hiring at Partner level in their Corporate practice group.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for managing high level corporate and commercial transactions across Asia, with a focus on private equity clients. You should have extensive experience in working with private equity clients on downstream investments, restructurings, and corporate/ compliance matters within the region.

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for candidates with proven track record and have experience in high level business development work, including an excellent personal reputation in the market, as well as a strong business plan / vision for the next few years. In addition to that you must be a strong subject matter expert, with a solid understanding of the corporate practice.
