Overall purpose of job:

  • Main responsible for 3PL management support, end-to-end customer process monitoring for cross-sector.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on KPI, cost and budget etc, and other administrative tasks.
  • Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Mange all activities of 3PL to ensure compliant with companies requirement and standard.
  • Handle ad-hoc issues and incidents with both internal and external parites.

    • Special requirements:

  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments when required.
  • Support administrative works.
  • Other features of the job:
  • Frequent communication and conf call with north Asia and other regional teams.

    Job Requirements

    Essential knowledge and skills:

  • Holder of Bachelor degree
  • 2-3 years working experience in MNC, preferably in medical device or FMCG company
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Pivot Table, Words) and knowledge in SAP in an advantage
  • Core competencies required for this role:
  • Proactive and strong communication
  • Able to work under pressure, handle multi-tasks, well organized and result-oriented.
