Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform the role of a team member in processing IPO applications, pre-IPO enquiries and policies matters
  • Participate in IPO vetting and draft comment letters
  • Monitor progress of a portfolio of listing applications
  • Draft Department reports to Listing Committee
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyers/accountants with a minimum of 7 years working experience or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 7 years working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field
  • Good experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and knowledge of the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
