·The role holder is a professional, responsible for the development of Security Sales within Hong Kong and regionally.

·The role holder will have a sound technical knowledge and ability to tailor solutions to customer requirements.

You'll have the following responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

·Security Solutions Sales in the domain of Enterprise Security

·To maintain knowledge of, and report upwards on, new developments in the market place, especially with regard to accounts and prospects.

·To actively develop customer relationships in support of account contact strategy.

·To understand customer requirements and BT's Security product and/or service solutions accordingly

·To ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns. 

Business Impact:

·Current policy, business strategy and objectives typically guide this role.

·Impact is short term and primarily functional in scope.

·Executes processes to meet customer needs.

Authority/Decision Making:

·Confident operating up to senior levels both internally and externally following the customer contact strategy.

You'll have the following skills & experience

Qualifications :

·Graduate or relevant job experience highly desirable


·Relevant experience within the sales function, in particular solutions based sales

·Technical understanding of BT's products and services

·Record of achieving sales targets with a good background in commercial awareness.

·Good communication and presentation skills.
