Handle full sets of books and prepare monthly financial statements.

Responsible for monthly closing and meet corporate's closing deadline. Prepare monthly financial package and monthly / quarterly financial statement review.

Perform Balance sheet reconciliation analysis.

Review material master and BOM to proceed costing run on a timely basis.

Manage inventory adjustments and maintain monthly reconciled records.

Handle intercompany transactions and settlements.

Ensure all business processes & approval are in compliance with internal control requirement.

Provide accounting advice to other functions, participate in continuous improvement programs.

Assist in internal and external audit.

Assist in ad hoc assignments.

Good understanding of local regulation.

Being a self-starter & problem solver, consistently find way to improve processes & productivity.

Very detail orientated.

Self-initiative and good interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Good knowledge of MS office especially Excel, knowledge of SAP.

Experience with COPA/PCA an advantage.

Comfortable working with global headquarter and participating in meetings outside office hours.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.

At least 10 years’ relevant working experience.

Hands on experience with intercompany treatment, include transfer pricing & intercompany royalty arrangement.
