Description:

  • Ensure IT services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements and standards, and manage the service lifecycle
  • Review and benchmark the IT services standard for enhancement, and to manage Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Management to align with the Company IT Service Management process and to comply with ITIL control requirement
  • Lead the team to determine probable causes and propose preventative measures for service errors
  • Work with Business Continuity Management function, review and refine the disaster recovery plan regularly and execute drill tests to ensure critical systems can be resumed on agreed timeline. Implement necessary processes / procedures to maintain or recover the delivery of services so that continuity of service is provided to the Company
  • Work with Information Security Officer to ensure IT Services complies with the Company
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security Control Standard and other relevant regulatory / compliance requirements
  • Engage, manage and monitor external vendors in provision of IT services to the company
  • Be the advisor for infrastructure and system support team to handle and maintain various systems and associated hardware, telecommunications equipment, and interfaces related to messaging and communication systems
Requirements
  • University graduate in any computer related discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant technology experience covering installation, support, operation etc.
  • Experience to utilise ITIL methodology to describes process, procedure, tasks and checklists to manage and provide IT service management on aligning IT services with the needs of business
  • Knowledge of IT Operations, IT Support, IT Systems Maintenance, Systems Integration, and Applications Development
  • Knowledge of Information Security and IT process and governance frameworks (i.e. CobiT , ISO27001, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT helpdesk and incident management system
  • bility to prepare detailed written instructions, documentation and various KPI report
  • Responsible for Online Sales strategies and deliverables of Consumer Healthcare Products via different E-Commerce market places
  • Support the development of e-commerce business best practices for the business unit
  • Partner closely with Trade Marketing Manager and Brand Managers on campaigns development to increase traffic, recruit new users, and reward loyal customers
  • Report to the Head of Medical Affairs and support cross-border e-commerce business with scientific expertise
  • Review of promotional materials and other medical governance

  • Leading a small team and partner closely with third-party e-commerce platform and internal counterparts including Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and IT departments to grow the business
  • Identify major growth opportunities and risks and deliver channel targets for traffic, sales and ROI; formulate and manage budget allocation and activities; design online strategies, tactics and action plans; negotiate profitable partnerships and offers; and collaborate with offline units to maximize revenue opportunities while upholding the corporate guidelines for the group
  • Exciting opportunity to support the continued expansion of a global brands’ e-commerce business, as part of the overall omni-channel strategy of the brand’s development in Hong Kong
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance and IT departments to grow the website traffic and member acquisition against online sales
  • Identify major growth opportunities and risks and deliver channel targets for traffic, sales and ROI
  • Help shape the vision of tech development
  • Exposure in digital technology a plus
Job Duties
  • Be the focus point of technology department and provide insights and advisory to the Regional HR counterparts
  • Drive innovation and deliver projects to enhance employee experience based on overall IT & HR strategy
  • Demonstrate good understanding of the technical prerequisites to provide solution and implement HR systems/ tools
