Key Responsibilities:

  • Manning the incoming call counter for order arrangement and dealing with enquiries from different sources
  • Assist in managing domestic and transportation office
  • Implement various domestic and transportation related duties
  • Provide relevant job training to frontline staff
  • Perform general clerical duties, include filing, data entry and simple statistics and record keeping; maintaining stock and inventory, staff duty roster, consumable and office facilities and equipment and etc.
  • Assist in handling the unexpected incident or disaster outbreak
  • Assist in the supervision of frontline staff
  • Perform duties or measures in compliance with hospital policies and guidelines
  • Assist in the inspection and report on hospital sanitation, cleanliness and condition of the facilities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Shift duties are required

    •   Entry Requirements:

  • Has Primary 6 education level with 5 years relevant experience; OR
  • Has F.5 / S.5 education level with 3 years relevant experience; OR 
  • Has Completed F.5 / S.5 with 1 year relevant experience, and has obtained:

    • (a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR

    (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

    i. Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and 

    ii. Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects

      Preferable Attributes:

  • Able to read and write English and Chinese, and speak fluent Cantonese
  • Tertiary education or equivalent
  • Possession of post-secondary qualification in transport management, or equivalent
  • Experience in handling domestic and transportation service in relevant institutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Chinese word processing
  • Able to handle multi-tasks
