Description:

Our client is a reputable US diversified financial service, services include investment banking, asset management, capital markets etc. Hold SFC Type 1, 2, 6, 9 Licences. Their business has been expanding and this is a new headcount in Finance department. Looking for a Regulatory Reporting AVP candidate to join.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Senior Vice President
• Assist in the preparation of routine reports and statutory reporting. This include Financial Resources Return (FRR), accounts payable, financial statement, ensure tax compliance etc
• Liaise with regulators and auditors on regulatory reporting related issues
• Communicate with US headquarter on global initiative/projects
• Handle ad hoc tasks for line managers

Requirements:
• University degree/qualifications in Finance, Taxation, Business, Economics, or other relevant disciplines
• Qualified accountant of professional bodies
• Minimum 5 years regulatory reporting experience in SFC regulated institutions
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
