Job Title: Senior BS Engineer - residential project

Our client is a top developer and they are planning to execute no. of residential project this year.

We are seeking for a Senior BS Engineer - residential project.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Project Manager including review of designs, specifications, liaison with consultants and contractor
• Possess all rounded project full cycle from design and to site planning stage
• Control work standards and deliver quality results within time and cost budget

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• HKIE membership
• At least 5 years of building services and related project management experience in residential/commercial project
• Preferable work experience with developers and main contractors
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
