Ten is searching for a Partnership Manager to join our Global Offers and Events Team .

As a member of the Global Offers & Events team your responsibilities will include:

  • Procuring new and exciting benefits and offers for our corporate clients and concierge
  • Researching and designing experience concepts that match the requirements of our clients and sourcing suppliers that are on point with our clients brand.
  • The ability to work independently to pre-agreed targets in order to deliver in a timely fashion
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • To monitor performance of partnered suppliers
  • Ensure the best possible supplier base is in place to enable us to continuously deliver on our corporate customer’s and concierge requirements
  • Monitor redemption and demands of a product/service to understand the customer base
  • To confidently and professionally manage customer redemption requests
  • Spotting opportunity for growth or innovation

    The ideal candidate will

  • Be great at building relationships
  • Be commercially minded
  • Have excellent negotiation and sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
  • Be highly organised and have excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to self-motivate and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Be passionate about understanding both our corporate clients and concierge needs whilst looking to spot opportunities to add more value
  • Have previous experience in procuring and negotiating offers and events and have a broad knowledge of the key suppliers across APAC or globally
  • Have a passion for working in a business that places customer service at their core as well as commercial success.
  • Be a natural commercial drive and innovation, always seeking new opportunities with suppliers and creativity with the procurement of benefits/offers produced.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese.
  • Please note: this role will be based in Hong Kong and as such you must have the right to work in the region to apply for the role.
