Our client, a leading global financial firm is building up their Equities IT team in their Hong Kong office and is currently looking for an expert Delta One products Development Manager.

Overseas candidates will also be considered.

The role’s primary focus is in the management of application development for Delta One products. The successful incumbent will have ‘specialist’ knowledge in Delta One products and will have led a team of developers in delivering time-critical solutions to the business. This role demands detailed business knowledge of Equity Derivative products and will encompass wide range of technologies.

Top priority will be given to candidates with experience in Delta One Product Development in order to lead a team of developers and analysts in delivering high performance and robust solutions to the business.

The incumbent MUST have thorough business knowledge of Equity Derivative products and markets.

• Drive the technology build framework including builds and test driven designs
• Define technology architecture for all applications
• Build and lead a team of developers, including recruitment, development, retention and performance management
• Ensure applications solutions meet compliance and group standards
