Telemarketing Team Supervisor

Responsibilities: Manage the daily operation of insurance telemarketing team to ensure the business targets are met and to enhance the overall performance and quality of the team; Coach the Telemarketers, provide proper guidance and motivate them to excel the business targets; Monitor and evaluate the performance of Telemarketers, assist the Manager to review and recommend improvements in the team’s processes and outputs and to drive for service excellence; Keep abreast with market development and updates of market information to the team; and Pro-actively identify the feasible solutions to the outstanding issues in a timely manner and utilizing the resources effectively.
Requirements: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management or related discipline; Accredited with valid IIQE Paper 1& 3 is required; Minimum 3 years experience in Call Centre management, exposure in leading insurance sales team is preferable. For those who have only secondary level education must have 4 years or above relevant working experience in a call centre or customer contact centre industry; Strong leadership, presentation, communication and selling skills, customer-oriented, assertive and a dynamic team player; Good organization and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks; Strong negotiation, conflict management and problem solving skills, with a strong sense of urgency and to manage time effectively; Computer literate in using MS Office and other information systems; and Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
