Our Client is a well-known entity with significant projects around the world. To support the company's expansion, they are now looking for a high calibre individual for Assistant Commercial Manager position in Hong Kong/ Macau for their hotel projects.
Skills & experiences required.
  • Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  • MHKIS / MRICS professional qualifications
  • Above 10 years working experience from Quantity Surveying with contractor working experience
  • Residential/ Commercial/ Hospitality Project Experience
  • Good command of written and spoken both in English and Chinese
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
