Project Coordinator (BB-BE525)

The appointee will provide support to public lectures, HUMA seminars and classes; be responsible for archiving and digitization of public lecture files and Division documents; and perform any other duties as assigned. The day-to-day work involves frequent interaction with faculty members, students and staff in the Division.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese and a good command of MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and filing system will be required. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Working outside normal office hours/on weekends may be required occasionally. (Duration: 1 year)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
