Our client is a well-established FI. She is now inviting calibre candudates to join her team with the requriements below:
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily settlement operation and corporate activities
- Monitor day to day settlement procedures
- Communicate with internal and external parties to solve settlement problems
- Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant regulators and in-house policies
- Process and ensure trade data in front and back office system are consistent and reconciled
- Maintain client account information
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 8 years'of settlement experience in Securities firm
- Familiar with CCASS operation system
- Responsible, self-motivated and independent
- Proficient in Office software such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint;
