Description:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the formulation of mid-to-long term development strategies of the company
• Launch and conduct critical researches to support the strategic planning and development of the firm - including but not limited to researches on macro-economy, industry/sectors and competitors
• Be a coordinator and facilitate the strategic planning process within the company
• Work closely with senior management and support the preparation of management reports

Responsibilities:

• 5 years or more in strategic planning and development, market research, policy research, investment-related research or other relevant fields. Candidates with previous experiences in such fields under Chinese organizations will have an advantage
• Good knowledge of strategic planning and development
• Strong observation, with an analytical mind and a sharp sense to development trends
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and Native Mandarin. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional Chinese report writing ability
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered for VP level.
