ManulifeDigital Marketing is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Director, who is obsessed with contributing to Company and team's Program Level Performance KPIs. They will have the expertise to useintegratedcommunications and digital touchpoints to enhance our brand's effectiveness and marketing efforts in acquiring, and growing customer value.

We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 10+ years of holistic brand managementand team management experience
Fluent in Chinese (read/write/verbal Cantonese) and English
Strong team spirit – who are capable to collaborate with team members, partner with key local and regional stakeholders as well as advertising agencies
Solid experiencein digital platforms,i.e.website and app. development.
Ability to drive results and think holistically on digital/traditional, paid and own channels
Demonstrated project management skills – able to develop action plan, timeline and follow through
Great presentation and negotiation skills
An attitude to challenge status quo
On the job you will:
Have overall responsibilities for implementing marketing and digital strategy in Hong Kong
Assist the AVP inbudget management and to achieve business results in a cost-effective way
Work closely with Product, Customer Marketing, Insights and Analytics on identifying the right approach/design of programs, performance analysis and performance optimization recommendation
Collaborate with IT,Developers and otherBusinessUnits to develop digital solutions
ManageSocialMedia and identify content initiatives
Educate all the marketing teams on emerging trends and digital competitive initiatives
Collaborate with all key stakeholders effectively and youcould influence without authority
Contribute to Company level KPIs – including but not limiting to the number of:
Digitally registered customers
Digitally active customers
Leads generated by digital channel
Achieve Program Level Performance KPIs – Unique visits/Page views/Video Views/Click-Through-Rate/Cost-Per-Click
