Qualifications:

*Strong experiences in private banking, EAM, and asset management

*Driven, meticulous, delivery-oriented, problem solver, great communicator

*Comfortable with pressures, deadlines, and expanding responsibilities

*Mandarin+English fluency preferred, but English-only candidates are also welcome

*Seasoned professionals and young achievers are equally welcome  

Scope of Responsibities

1) Business Management for the EAM Dept

*Initiate and manage EAM contracts with private banks and brokers. Own the daily interactions, pricing, deal negotiations, and retrocession processes with private banks and brokers

*Manage the contracts and processes with independent product providers (Leonteq, Vontobel, boutique fund managers, etc)

*Supervise the full value chain of EAM operations: KYC, signing of client documents, investment proposals, suitability, order executions, trade blotter, statementing, portfolio reviews, etc

*Act as coach, case champion, and trouble shooter for the growing team of EAM RMs who preciously worked at private banks

*Own the month-end and quarter-end finance processes on reporting, payments, reconciliations, etc

2) Partner to the Asset Management Dept

*Lead the deployment of Cayman SPs as vehicles of discretionary mandates for UHNW clients

*Join the due diligence on external fund managers

*Coordinate private market transactions for clients (pre-IPO, secondary blocks, etc)

*Supervise the fund operations of the AM Department

*Join AM projects such as ETFs

3) Partner to the L&C Dept

*Be the first-line of defense on compliance matters

*Work with L&C to perform regular and ad-hoc reviews, diagnostics, and remediation

4) Chief of Staff for the CEO

*Manage the agenda of the CEO office, as tracker, chaser, air traffic control

*Draft external and internal communications

*Liaise with other group entities around the world on commercial synergies

*Participate in M&As

*Lead the buildout of new offices in APAC and Europe

*Join the global investor relations team
