Responsibilities

  • Handle staff recruitment exercise, advertisement preparation, screening of applications, conducting interviews, reference check, offer making, and preparing for employment contracts, etc.
  • Work closely with front-line managers for recruitment needed
  • Plan, organize and facilitate HR projects related to employee relations, employee engagement and company cultural program
  • Coordinate and facilitate training program such as new joiners’ orientation, staff training workshops
  • Responsible for the maintenance of personal file
  • Assist in setting up and enhancement of HR policies, procedures and internal control
  • Assist in organizing corporate social activities/events
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

    • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or other related discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR
  • Experience in IT industry is an advantage
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and related legislation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
