Responsibilities




  • Mainly responsible for A/P and payment sections

  • Prepare cheques and journal, A/P, receipt and payment vouchers

  • Prepare monthly account schedule and assist management reports

  • Handle daily accounting clerical works and ad hoc duties



  • Requirements




  • Form 5 or above

  • LCC higher

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience

  • Knowledge in SUN accounting system is preferable

  • Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

  • Pleasant, willing to learn and work hard

  • Well organized with good attention to details

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available is preferred
