Role Overview: The events project manager will support the Asia Pacific region focusing on managing all non-profile organzation and volunteer projects. This is a 10-month contract role with a prestigious investment bank.
Key Responsibilities: manage over 100 volunteer projects in Asia Pacific region Ensure these projects are effectively planned, executed and meaningful for internal staff and local non-profit orgnaizations provide a strategic oversight in Asia pacific in managing budget, participants and impact measurement across the region engage in planning and management of projects, application review and editing, database maintenance, grant processing, administration and reporting deliver presentations to non-profit partners and internal stakeholders by promoting the program and increasing participation coordinate with internal business units, external business vendors on logistics related to events management update manuals and toolkit for future presentations and weekly reporting
Key Skills: 2 - 6 years of experience in non-profit organizations, event management, operations, volunteer management or client services strong communication and written skills in English Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Good team player Self-motivated and high autonomy Self-starter
