Job Duties
- Be the key point of contact for first level support to HR users around the Asia Pacific with particular focus on Workday and IBM Cognos system
- Coordinate and produce related reports, and support the translation of HR functional requirements into technical specifications by collecting user requirement on HR reporting tools enhancement
- Coordinating with relevant vendor and regional IT team on system change requests, integration, and other related issues
- Conduct data audit to ensure data integrity and governance.
- Support system implementation when required
Requirements
- Degree holder majored in Human Resources or other relevant discipline
- With at least 8 years of HR work experiences gained from sizable companies
- Stable, resourceful and organized with solid leadership skills
- Fluent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- HR Business Partner role for Hong Kong Office
- Handling full spectrum of HR matters
- Great exposure to take part in company’s M&A process
Job Duties - Report directly to the Head of HR, Hong Kong & Taiwan
- Provide professional HR advices to the line managers and colleagues
- Handle all rounded HR generalist duties from recruitment, staff performance management, annual review exercise etc
- Understand Asia needs and work closely with Global HQ on driving the new Learning Experience and Management Platforms development and implementation
- Design and deploy effective transformation strategies and plans; and champion new learning habits in the organization
- Platform metrics tracking and analysis to optimize learning experience, engagement, and efficiency
- Lead a small team to provide exceptional HR services and advisory to assigned portfolio of business units
- Hands-on in addressing talent acquisition, retention, on-off boarding, performance management, salary review and other staff enquiries and issues
- Review and develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and group requirements
- Responsible for all staffing and recruitment issues in Asia Pacific region
- Handle end to end hiring activities cover both office & frontline
- Act as the key contact point of HR Department to answer the enquiries from staffs
- Serve as one of the Workday champion leads for the region
- Accountable for providing comprehensive HR Generalist support including on/off boarding; employee life cycle management to ensuring the fulfilment of HR governance/control
- Work in close partnership with local HR and line of businesses across the region and provide timely HR service
