The HKUST MBA Programs Office is searching for a capable, adaptive and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager in the Marketing & Admissions team. Reporting to the Assistant Director, the appointee will take lead in candidate recruitment and maximize the program awareness in international market to attract top MBA candidates globally, with focus in the following key areas:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing or school admissions, and have good understanding about needs and trends of higher education in both international and China markets. He/She should have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently in a fast pace environment. An excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM is required. Occasional travel and working outside office hours including weekends will be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
