We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Provide technical support and handle email and phone enquiry
Perform troubleshooting, health check on network equipment and network management system
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
1+ year working experience in networking support is preferred; knowledge in PC LAN Support is preferable
Strong self-motivation and good communication skills, with ability to work independently
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
