Our client is a modern, forward thinking property platform based in Hong Kong. To support their rapidly expanding business, they are actively seeking a high-calibre individual to work as a full-time, permanent Executive Assistant to a small team of senior managers and to undertake the office manager and administration duties of the company.

  • Responsibilities;
    As an EA/ OM, you will be working within a corporate office and asked to perform all-round office administration duties, mainly providing a wide range of secretarial support to a small team of senior management (four headcount) examples such as:
  • Calendar management - remind and coordinate schedules for business meetings, conferences, appointments, etc.
  • Travel arrangements - arrange flights, hotel accommodation, transportation, and restaurant bookings for business trips; prepare itineraries
  • Business correspondence - prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations materials, marketing materials
  • Manage Expenses - Prepare reimbursement claim forms and monthly account reports
  • Filling/ Documentations - Maintain the filing system and contact list database
  • Internal/external communications - act as a liaison and facilitate the communications of the organization, clients, and external parties
  • Office management – ensure office supplies, pantry items, etc. are ordered and replenished

  • Skills & Experience required:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences - ideally within a start-up environment or boutique setting
  • Office administration, executive support
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially in excel
  • Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and dedicated to performing multi-tasks within a high-pressure environment
  • Experience in the property/investment industry is an advantage
  • Immediately availability is highly desirable
