Responsibilities
  • Support Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing and branding strategy for IBG HK
  • Greater Bay Area - Work closely with China on-shore team to lead our brand building, lead acquisition and customer engagement activities for Greater Bay Area
  • Large to Mid capital portfolio - Prepare and deliver a 'insight-led' program of thought leadership for clients and communities
  • Deliver integrated and contextualised segment and product marketing programs to drive the launch and commercialisation of key products and digital solutions;
  • Direct and manage a calendar of data-driven experiences through proprietary and sponsored events for our clients and communities;
  • Engage digital marketing and social media to drive awareness, acquisition and advocacy;
  • Partner with Group Strategic Marketing and Communications to shape external perception through interviews and press statements, and to ensure marketing programmes are executed in line with global brand standards;
  • Drive an Awards strategy across the business, amplifying wins both externally and internally;
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer trends to ensure effectiveness of branding and product marketing strategy
  • Able to make use of data to make informed decisions in optimizing marketing effectiveness across channels (including own media, paid media, online & offline) to maximize marketing ROI
  • Develop a holistic marketing calendar across departments to optimize our branding and business opportunities
  • Build strong partnership with market players and marketing agencies to enhance the brand building of IBG
Requirements on Experience:
  • At least 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial services industry;
  • A successful track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns;
  • Excellent writing skills (English & Chinese) and an eye for design;
  • Proven analytical capabilities and a "data-driven" mindset;
  • Ability to work towards challenging deadlines;
  • Specific experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media;
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
Education / Qualifications:
  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration or other related discipline
Core Competencies:
  • Strategic mindset with can-do attitude
  • Confident with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (incl. Mandarin)
  • Strong inter-personal skill to work with various internal and external partners
