MAIN PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND OF THE POSITION

This role is dedicated to support various systems in indirect procurement(Example: P2P, Sharepoint and Analytics), 3rd party risk management as well as a wide range of sourcing, tendering and contract activities.    
The procurement team is part of the  COIO (Chief Operating and Information Office) professional family and the position will report directly to the Procurement Manager.
The role aims to demonstrate procurement value whenever possible across the 4 key pillars:





      • Commercials efficiency

      • Business efficiency

      • Market Intelligence

      • Risk and Compliance






KEY SCOPE %26amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Enhance procurement portal projects based on Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams; 

  2. Support in socializing the procurement policy to relevant stakeholders;

  3. Assist business unit in the Procurement initiatives and ensure compliance to internal policy;

  4. Lead tender activities;

  5. Oversees category domain in general expense and marketing related services;

  6. Provide assistant in other category domains such as HR related services, IT related services,  Professional Service (i.e. Consulting and legal services), Travel Management services, and other corporate services as assigned;

  7. Conduct financial and contractual negotiations with suppliers;

  8. Support AXA%26rsquo;s vendor risk framework whenever applicable
