Responsibilities

Working within a team of highly skilled technology and business experts, you will have the opportunity to employ and improve your own technical skills as well as learn about the Equity business.

Your responsibilities:

•Design and develop test automation scripts
•Leverage and extend the build chain automation tools (CI/CD)
•Work alongside BAs and developers to understand Business & Domain
•Contribute towards manual testing when required

Skills

Must have

Technical skills:
•5+ years of experience in an IT delivery environment with specialization in build chain automation
•Experience in designing, creating and using test automation frameworks
•Proficiency in Java
•Proficiency in Linux operations and shell scripting
•Basic understanding of the FIX protocol (optional)
Soft skills:
•Fluent in written and verbal English
•Ability to communicate at all levels, with both business and technology staff
•Ability to work independently
•Open minded, eager to learn and self-motivated
•Good understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum

Nice to have

Business knowledge will be an advantage but not mandatory:
•Cash Equity markets
•Vanilla F2B processing (order capture, order execution, post trade, settlement)
