We are looking for someone with:
Capable to resolve problem with clients with constructive advice and solution
Capable to manage customer expectation and coordinate the problem in good progress
Able to cooperate, communicate and manage conflict situation with other teams
To embrace the acceleration the change of the mindset and way of working of the team
Education background - Degree holder with professional qualification
At least one year's experience in marketing
Sensitivity, open-minded, and flexibility
Self-assurance and able to work in a structured way
New way of working and mindset
Mature, independent, outgoing and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong PC and word processing skills (both English and Chinese)
Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) knowledge is advantage
On the job you will:
Design the MPF member engagement program by use of member data and journey mapping, and to facilitate the selection and procurement of member offers and as a core member of the workgroup to launch and maintain the B2B2C program
Work with other team members to identify, understand and address customer pain point and improve the customer experience during customer journey
Formulate incentive programs/ in-service rollover campaign/program to achieve the RnR KPIs
Work with other teams in coordination of the delivery of the solutions so as to have a complete end-to-end customer journey
