To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidate to join the Finance Team in HK:

• Direct report to the Board of Director
• In-charge of the Finance Team in HK & China and monitor the daily operations
• Handle finance, treasury, cash management, risk management, audits, taxation compliance, financial analysis for the Group
• Handle financial forecasting, planning, budgeting, reporting and cost controlling
• Maintain a long-term business relationship with bankers, investors, auditors and all stakeholders
• Monitor all changes of legislative and regulatory environment
• At least 12 years relevant experience in Public Listed Co. / PRC Co. / Investment Group
• MBA or Degree in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• Experience in CPA Big 4 (managerial level) and iBanking will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of property development, capital investment, financial services with PRC exposure
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Mandarin
