Job Description :

To achieve defined sales budgets and profit goals of the assigned products through development, implementation, control of all sales related activities and systems.KEY RESULT AREAS

Achieve sales and profitability targets of product line Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies by respective sales team Ensure smooth day to day operation of the respective territory Maintain effective communication and good working relations with the Sales Manager, subordinates, other sales teams and other related departments to ensure smooth operations and synergiesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with the key opinion leaders, medical and pharmaceutical professionals with the objective of promoting sales
2. Work closely with respective marketing colleagues and Sales Manager to plan and organize CME meetings, symposiums and other promotional activities in order to generate product awareness, interests and detailing opportunities of targeted customers
3. Familiarize with PSR system, ensure that 7 call reports per working day are entered, monitor the quality of the data and to analyze it for sales and strategic plans
4. Keep updated with marketing trends and sales activities of competitors and make the management team and respective marketing colleagues aware of any changes that could affect the sales objectives as stated in the marketing plans
5. Support actively in new product enlisting and launching activities
6. Utilize appropriately the available resources such as promotional funds and materials, entertainment budgets to facilitate achievement of sales and profit goals
7. Organize marketing activity locallyMISCELLANEOUS

  • 1-2 years ethical sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
