As a key member of our Regional Online team, the Senior Online Director will lead the e-commerce business in the Asia Pacific Region by providing guidance, direction, leadership, and strategy to the affiliates on ways to grow their online businesses and drive each affiliate to be the market-share leader in prestige beauty online in their country.
What You Will Achieve Oversee and manage the Regional E/M-Commerce Businesses in the Region; Achieve Net Sales, NOP targets through P&L management with strategies and priorities, and robust execution for each of our brands in each of the markets in the Asia Pacific Region across an ecosystem of Brand sites, 3rd Party Platforms, Retailer partner websites, Pureplays as well as explore new partnerships and business channels; Lead, develop and define ELC’s online direction and annual regional business plan to gain market share and drive profitability by Brand and Affiliate; work with regional teams and markets to build seasonal calendars with sufficiency around merchandising, traffic, conversion, baket size and frequency of purchase to reach sales, market share, and online mix of business goals; Master the Matrix by working with multiple internal stakeholders: Global, Regional Brands and Functions, Affiliate General Management/Brands/Online teams; partner with Regional and Global senior management to ensure strategic alignment, overall online business analysis, and clear requests for resourcing support; Manage and enhance team performance by developing individual’s capabilities & competencies by identifying appropriate training and other resources for the teams to perform their jobs more effectively and efficiently; groom next generation online talent at ELC.
