Job Description :

Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Attend service hotline
  • Preparing service/contract quotation, quotation follow up with customers, tender documents preparation etc
  • Quotation follow up with customer via phone call
  • Scheduling of installation/service jobs & dispatch service jobs
  • Parts ordering for repair etc
  • On-loan parts /consignment/Return/Write-off
  • Warranty claim
  • Follow up the jobs status of sub-contractor
  • Monitoring equipment in/out of workshop and arranging the collection/delivery of equipment for repair
  • Generating invoices in SAP for service jobs
  • Service database maintenance
  • Data input, call creation and dispatch
  • Spare parts inventory management

Other responsibilities
  • Tasks assigned by Head of Service and immediate supervisor

Qualifications and Abilities
  • Preferable Bachelor graduation
  • 2-3 year experience in sales support/service operation / customer service
  • Experience in health science or servicing science equipment is an advantage
  • Equipped with the following skills will be an advantage including the Sales & Service support experience and Internal sales experience.
  • Good knowledge of computer skills including MS office, especially MS Excel, Words and SAP
  • Work independent, self-motivated, detail minded, effective communication with good Inter-personal skills
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Service Operation Specialist
