Job Description

* Invoice to Cash Strategy development and implementation
* Talent Leadership, building and developing an inspired and engaged high performing team
* Operational Performance, driving service excellence, cash flow improvement, Trade Promotion Accounting Management effectiveness & efficiency, strong control & governance across business processes

The Successful Applicant

* CPA and/or MBA with relevant experience including financial shared services
* People leadership experience including managing managers, developing direct reports etc.
* Demonstrated success in financial process implementation, transformation or continuous improvement ·
* Experience with and comfort around higher management
* Strong people skills and be an agile thinker
