Responsibilities Collaborate on project requirements, analyse needs, prepare project feasibility studies, and identify appropriate systems solutions that address possible business problems and opportunities. Develop activity plans, time and resource estimates; coordinate resources and activities of staff for each phase of the project, ensuring that systems changes and enhancements are carried out properly and on a timely basis. Control and direct project activities; participate in system design; review and approve key milestones and deliverables; contribute to or develop systems plans to meet business needs. Study all affected functions, analyses existing procedures and alternatives, designs technical configurations and plans. Prepare and review change requests from time to time. Investigate, manage, resolve production problems, take preventive actions and share lesson learnt. Provide advice to teammates on systems and program design, and provide good quality of project deliverables. Support all entities of the Group including merged and acquire companies.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes: Degree holder of Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent At least 10 years of relevant banking experience in financial applications, preferably with knowledge of Bills or Trade System. Most proficient in AS400 COBOL and RPG, knowledge of IBM MQ is an advantage. Solid project management and analytical skills with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently, under pressure with minimal supervision and provide good quality result. Must perform project following SDLC and need to support production night batch cycle. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Chinese, with Putonghua is an advantage.
